  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME: - We strive to process and ship all orders within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
  2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS: - We offer the following shipping options: Standard, Express, Priority. Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We do have a flat rate shipping option. However, shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and shipping methods. 
  3. SHIPPING LOCATION: - We currently ship everywhere in the USA (United States of America), CANADA, BRAZIL, and UK.
  4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING: - You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. You can track your shipping using the tracking number provided on the carrier's website.
  5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES: - For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. KaziRokz LLC. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
  6. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS: - If your order arrives damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. KaziRokz LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
